This superb piece of furniture has all the marks and scrapes you might expect from a well used table dating back to the 1700’s. The fact that the Georgian craftsman hand made the beautiful and unusual flared legs, and then much later in it’s life someone cut two small holes discretely in the back for tv cables, shows the versatility, strength and enduring practicality of such a piece. The two drawers still slide smoothly and have the original brass drop down handles.
