Antique Royal Bayreuth Pig Jug

This is a rare ceramic German cream or milk jug made by Royal Bayreuth in around 1900. The orange glaze and green inner colours are typical of the maker and it is finished off nicely with hand painted eyes which really add to his personality. It has been stamped underneath with the word Deponiert meaning deposited and has just a tiny piece of paint missing from the tip of the ear, but otherwise has no damage.
