Antique Shoe Stretcher
A truly stunning example of a cobbler’s shoe stretcher. Dating back to the early part of the 20th century, this cast iron machine stands on a wooden base and gradually stretches the shoe using the adjuster at the back and chromed wheels on top.
If you find another one of these it’s most likely to be black but this I believe to be in an unusual original red colour. Making it a real decorative talking point in any home. Like many of us, it would benefit from a little lubrication.
44cm wide x 30.5cm high.
Due to it’s weight, I am happy to discuss delivery or courier costs if interested.
