Early 20th century high-back armchair, marked by the crafts person underneath GS 82, the maker is unknown although it does closely resemble designs from Shapland & Petter or Liberty’s. This wonderful piece of design features a tall flared mahogany wingback frame and open slat-work. The fabric is a light blue silk ornate floral pattern. Signs of age and wear commensurate with age.
