Johnson of Burnley Shoe Stretcher and Full Set of Lasts

This is a very rare rotational  cast iron  cobblers shoe last vice and stretcher by Johnsons of Burnley, along with a full set of paired shoe lasts. The lasts are paired (left and right) in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as well as two heel pieces.

Dating from the early 20th century, the silver and rust patination really make this a rare and handsome piece of decoration or display. It even comes complete with the original bolt to attach it to a work bench or cobblers table. Completely interchangeable and adjustable this would have been every cobblers dream. Now of course more likely to adorn a shop window or museum as much as an amazing talking point or art piece in a stylish home.

The rotational vice/stretcher is 27cm in diameter and 18cm high with a last on top.
