An absolute beauty! 54cm long gilt wooden figure with a metal chain. Perfectly balanced, with a very cute face.

The figure is a small ball, often referred to as a putti or cherub, and has a light fitting coming from his right hand, and thought to date from the early 20th century. The wire then comes from his back and up the metal chain where it could easily be plugged in or attached to the mains. Alternatively, The electrics could be simply removed and you are left with the most wonderfully decorative  hanging centre piece.
